The book is published by PCCS Books in the UK and hopefully it's now available in bookshops around the UK.
It can also be purchased directly from the PCCS website or through Amazon UK.
In Australia, we're hoping a Sydney book distributor will soon bring it into bookshops here.
Meantime, there's a terrific bookshop in Melbourne called the Human Condition Bookstore that has been stocking it for some time. Liz and Jenni have been really supportive of the book, including doing an interview with me (a pdf file) for the psychotherapy journal they publish. If you can't make it to their bookshop, you can purchase it through their psychoz website.
You can also find the book on amazon.com, though last time I looked they had a crazy price on it ... dunno why ...
